All client information is securely stored in a password-protected, encrypted Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Access is limited to authorized personnel directly involved in your care. Your information may be shared with a certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) for the purposes of assessment, prescribing, and treatment planning as part of your direct care. This sharing is done in compliance with all applicable privacy regulations.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients, we require 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will incur a $50 fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
